Before listing, I visited many Open Homes and met many Real Estate Sales People. Some didn’t log my name. Of those who did record my name, not everybody contacted me afterwards. Some made promises they did not keep. Of those who did
contact me, the majority only left a phone message and did not contact me again. Wanly stood out, because after leaving a message, she did contact me again to have an actual conversation and it was a very pleasant no-pressure conversation. To me as a potential Seller, I saw this as making the most of every open home opportunity and working hard for the Vendor.

Her energy and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble. She was pro-active, she wasn’t just “doing a job”. Wanly has confidence and experience. I received a helpful hardcopy plan. At any time, I could look at the months schedule to check what was happening on any day of the week/month.
Wanly was at all of the Open Homes. Someone was always at the Open Home in advance,
