About Scott Larcombe
Scott Larcombe boasts all three key traits people usually look for when seeking a real estate agent: honesty, professionalism and knowledge. He has a number of high-level qualifications including degrees in Economics, Property Valuation and Management. Adding to his accomplishments, during his time studying, Scott made the Dean’s List award and finished in the top 2% of students nationally. He was also awarded the Colliers International Marcus Kitt Memorial Bursary for Excellence in Property.
Scott currently has a role as a guest speaker and assistant to a senior lecturer at Massey University’s Property Department and also assists with the assignments for the Property Valuation students. All of this means that Scott’s lucky clients have an expert in property valuation at their disposal when they choose to work with him, who understands the property sector within the context of the wider economic market.
Scott’s impressive professional background also includes experience working in customer service for around five years, which enables him to connect with a wide range of individuals in his role as a real estate agent. Combined with establishing trust through the high level of professionalism with which he operates, Scott can quickly build rapport with people from all walks of life.
Scott says he is not in the business of real estate – he is in the business of building a strong reputation. To do this he aims to create long-term relationships with his clients. Positive personal interactions with both buyers and sellers are his goal on every property transaction. A commitment to on-going learning and improvement, and a no-compromises attitude when it comes to quality of service and professionalism, has seen many clients happily refer Scott to their friends and family.
Scott specialises in the East Coast Bays, operating from Waiake to Browns Bay. He has lived over 15 years of his life in the area, which means his clients benefit from his exceptional grass roots knowledge.
